Roshini Alles was born in Sri Lanka on 16th January 1953 and sadly passed away on 28th August 2016 after a brave battle with cancer.

She was a special person who was a shining example to those who knew her. A devoted doctor and genuine friend with a caring personality. Her life revolved around work, which was mainly spent with patients who benefited from her care and expertise. Other times were spent chatting with colleagues and using her knowledge to teach trainees. She always pursued her beliefs and goals. Her fun, supportive and generous character made it a privilege for others to know her. Always smiling and elegant to the very end. This love and respect for her proved that she made a lasting difference and is now “God’s special helper”.

Roshini will always be remembered by the people whose hearts she touched and many masses offered to her soul.
